Sony Promises Additional PS5 Consoles for the End of the Year

The launch of the new game consoles from Sony and Microsoft was accompanied by serious shortages. Sony promises new devices by Christmas.

A new generation of game consoles in a year when most other forms of entertainment are banned, it had to be successful.

Sony says in a Twitter message that the launch of the PlayStation 5 earlier this month was their ‘biggest ever’.

The company also seems to have underestimated the success, given that the devices were sold out via pre-order long before launch, and are currently nowhere to be found.

However, a new series of devices will be shipped to stores in December, says Sony. This way, you can make another attempt to get one before the holidays.
